Competent Person for Health & Safety
MOMENTUM provides the services of a qualified and experienced consultant to fulfill the legal obligation of appointing a competent person for Health and Safety advice as required by the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999.

Contract of Service
We issue a Certificate of Contract to demonstrate proof of support from a competent person for the duration of the agreed contract period.

Technical Health & Safety Updates
We provide regular updates on changes in legislation and best practices in Health and Safety to keep your organisation informed and up-to-date.

Accident and Incident Reporting
In case of an incident or accident, our consultants will advise you on whether it is reportable under the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013 (RIDDOR) and provide guidance on the reporting process. If needed, MOMENTUM will submit a report on your behalf.

Technical Support
Our technical advisor will be available during normal working hours to offer technical support.
